The Monitoring and evaluation processes can be managed by the donors financing the assessed activities, by an independent branch of the implementing organization, by the project managers or implementing team themselves or by an experienced, independent and suitably qualified organisation like us, PYNNACLE, while giving the client peace of mind.

We will also carry out the monitoring and evaluations process independently and prepare a fully comprehensive and documented report for your assessment and evaluation.

Together with our technical partners, Pynnacle can organise and provide specific and professional vocational training to government personnel as well as private organisations for improving their technical competence for projects undertaken in emerging markets and developing economies.
